I had the privilege of witnessing some "behind the scenes" calls and work. This company is so kind and dedicated to incredible service. It can be difficult to operate 24hrs a day and they respond to everyone's needs and problems, even when it's 3am. I was amazed at the knowledge and promptness of the administrator. After living in our home for over ten years with no plumbing issues, we had our main sewer line back up into the basement. I called T&J and Chris came out within a couple of hours and found some roots and a blockae about 45 ft from the house. They used a high pressure water jet to cut through and polish the inside of the pipe. I feel like the cost was very reasonable for the work done and would definitely hire them again if needed! I woke up with water and a mess in our basement. Bill and Logan from T&J came out and noticed the issue was that our main line was backed up. They did their thing and got the line cleared and got us back up and running in no time. They also suggested we get the line hydro jetted since the presence of tree roots was visible via the camera they had snaked into the line. Later that day Ron came to do the hydro jetting to take care of the roots. All of the guys that came by were nice, professional, and made sure the job was 100% done before they left. I always look for the local companies first when I need a service performed and I am glad I found and went with T&J. I don't think I'll ever call anyone else and I would highly recommend them for your plumbing services.

T&J was called out to look at a problem with my grandpa's toilet just before Christmas. He had just returned from a hospital stay and needed some help. The technician that came out figured out the problem and he would end up needing to replace the entire toilet. The technician told him he was unable to complete it same day about would come back the next day to complete the job. Next day the same technician came out and did the complete replacement. My grandpa doesn't give out rave reviews often but he was so thankful and so happy with the quality of work, the professionalism of the technician, and how fast they completed the work...I had to make sure that we let you know. Thank you for taking care of him like family.

Cannot recommend T&J highly enough. Second time having Ron and Tyler come out to jet the line and they exemplified professionalism and kindness. Tim and Miles came for service on Thanksgiving of all days and you wouldn't have even known any different, great service start to finish. Will always call T&J when the need arises and would encourage you to do the same if you've got a backed up sewer.

They showed us the problem with a drain cam, gave us a very good quote, and arrived early to begin the repair. Arrived when promised. The tech knew his business. No problems since. Took advantage of my situation. A bit pricey, but it was a Sunday night. I used them a few years ago.

The tech was very nice and very professional and efficient, but $215 is waaaay to high to just clear a drain

Called T&J Rooter Service to have our sewer line checked out for blockage and a sewer clean out! Toby was our tech, he came out same day, in a matter of a couple hours! No extra charges for same day or emergency calls! He was very through explaining everything along the way! He didn't mind answering any of my questions so, I fully understood what was going on! He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! I will definitely be using this plumbing company again, very pleased!!
