My husband and I previously had repairs done by T&J when we were renting and the landlord used their services. We have had more than satisfactory service for years. This time around, my mother’s kitchen sink was clogged, and I immediately thought of them. Rich has to be one of the most friendly, caring and informative plumbing professionals ever. He arrived early, looked over everything, and explained all that needed to be done. The company happens to give very reasonable rates, which are few and far between to find. Rich cleared the drain quickly, but unfortunately ran into a hiccup with a rusty piece on the garbage disposal that then required replacing. He quickly installed the new disposal, and even one of the owners stopped by to offer any assistance. I called to three other places before deciding to go with T&J. They we the cheapest by far but also knew what they were talking about when quoting the job. One place was 3 times more expensive and another tried to tell me that they had to reroute the entire plumbing from the street valve to my house shut off valve. They showed up when they told me they would and the job was done quickly and effectively! They did a great job cleaning up and even fixed the landscaping around the valve. Recently had a major leak in the kitchen plumbing of the house we just bought, called T&J based on their excellent reviews, did not disappoint! They were able to come within a couple of hours of our call. Toby was super knowledgeable, and also very understanding. We discovered shortly after he began diagnosing the issue that our home warranty actually covers plumbing (I thought only electrical/mechanical systems were covered). We unfortunately had to stop him before any repairs were made and use the company our home warranty company assigned. Wow! I had a major Leak in my ceiling pipe. I was debating calling a plumber because of the high costs. I broke down and called after 2 days of emptying buckets of water catching the leak. I thought that I had a simple sweat repair on a t connector on a copper pipe that appeared to be leaking. Unfortunately, we found that it was not the connector but the old 2-inch copper drainpipe that was behind the vanity wall that was causing the leak. An access hole had to be cut from the other side to get to the pipe which we found to be badly corroded on both sides of the pipe. Rick from T&J Plumbing did an excellent job of cutting out the old pipe and replacing it with a section of PVC pipe that should last forever. He was very efficient and completed the job quickly, all at a reasonable price. He was also a great guy to talk too!	grabbydave
Yesterday, on a Saturday, I needed a plumber to fix my toilet. I was unfamiliar with plumbers in the area, but found T&J on The Home Advisor app. 5 stars and great ratings, I called them directly, because I needed same day service. The secretary was professional and confident, and left me with a great first impression. Within 30 minutes, Bill returned my call and said he was working on another job, but could be to my home in about 2 hours. I received a courtesy call from Bill 20 minutes before arrival, and then he arrived on time. He knew exactly what was wrong, repaired it quickly, and even took a few minutes to fix a frozen disposal for me. He wore shoe covers and left no mess behind.
