Had a gas leak that needed repaired in my home. This contractor was selected to perform the repair through a third party warranty company but I would call them again if I needed plumbing service in the future. Everyone I interacted with throughout the whole process was kind, professional, and made sure the job was done right the first time. Andrew H. Was awsome and a true professional.

Chris from T&J was great! I needed my French drains inspected and he was able to get a camera through where other companies could not. He took time to explain what he was finding, look for what might be causing it, and what he thought was happening. He didn't try to upsell me or get me to do costly repairs that I didn't need. It's hard to know who to trust, so finding a company like T&J is really important.

When we called they had someone come out within and hour and a half. They rooted the clean out drain in less than an hour. Everything is running fine now. The guys were friendly and helpful.

Lucas & Mike are superheroes!!! In less than 10 minutes they got rid of Mr. Hanky the Christmas poo 💩!!!! I definitely recommend these plumbers!!! They came out on a Sunday evening and the cost for the repair was unbelievably inexpensive!!!!!!

Chris and Joe did an excellent job with sewer remediation needed in my home. Chris explained everything very well and his professionalism was exemplary. He and Joe made a major project seem much less daunting. Also, the excavation for the French drain outside was well done! And, I very much appreciated the help of the office manager who patiently instructed me on what steps I needed to take. She completed all the necessary paperwork quickly and thoroughly ...her help was invaluable.

T&J Rooter Service did an amazing job at my mother's house. I was initially a bit apprehensive about the company as I was not familiar with them, and especially because I did not get a warm fuzzy experience with the scheduling team during my initial call. However due to the urgency of our plumbing issues we proceeded with the appointment. Our service team-Mike, Lucas, and Vic exceeded all our expectations with their professionalism, guidance and service. Mike discovered the severity of the bad state of the old original plumbing. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the drainage issues and how it should be resolved 'the right way'. Mike kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. What was estimated to be a 10 hr job, it was completed in half the time. He ensured that the scheduling team could make the necessary rearrangements to bring in extra crew to guarantee the job would be completed that same day. Mike and his team made this unexpected large job look so easy with their knowledge, skill, transparency and care. When he stated how much he loves his job and how much he has learned from and admires his father (one of the T&J founders), I knew that this is the go-to company for any future plumbing jobs. I needed a device on my tub to be checked out. Andrew came from T&J check it out fused with it on and off and it started to work. He made sure that it was fixed. I asked what the cost was and he said there was no cost. He didn’t do that much. They could’ve charged me for a service call, but they didn’t. That’s the sign of a great company. I recommend them highly and give them five stars.

We've been using T&J since 2019 for both small and large jobs. The most recent was a two day one. Tim, the owner, Nate and Dillon did the work.It included removing and old cast iron basement stack and basically useless floor level sewer clean out. In order to eliminate the old clean out they needed to break up and patch floor. Necessary related things were done, too, but this was the heart of the of the project. We now have new PVC stack with an easily accessible clean out. They also replaced our old, smaller kitchen drain stack with a PVC stack. One last, and appreciated, point is that they did a nice job of clean up.Besides being consummate professionals who did great work, they are cool guys who were a pleasure to be around. I also want to note that the company has a top flight office staff, too.
