We've been using T&J since 2019 for both small and large jobs. The most recent was a two day one. Tim, the owner, Nate and Dillon did the work. It included removing and old cast iron basement stack and basically useless floor level sewer clean out. In order to eliminate the old clean out they needed to break up and patch floor. Necessary related things were done, too, but this was the heart of the of the project. We now have new PVC stack with an easily accessible clean out. They also replaced our old, smaller kitchen drain stack with a PVC stack. One last, and appreciated, point is that they did a nice job of clean up. Besides being consummate professionals who did great work, they are cool guys who were a pleasure to be around. I also want to note that the company has a top flight office staff, too.

I was so nervous having to have plumbing replaced which is located in our crawl space. However, Nate and Dylan did a fantastic job and Tim came by to check on things! My water meter was constantly running even when all the water supplies were turned out. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. T&J Rooter found the problem right away and was able to fix it quickly.

T&J is always our go-to plumber when we need one! We have used them to do something as complex as jack hammer our basement floor replacing main sewer piping, to as simple as replacing a kitchen faucet. We are always happy with their work!

Our hot water heater went out on Sunday, called T&J around noon on Sunday and they were out to us within an hour. They were quick to figure out the issue and were able to install a new hot water heater for us the very next day. I can’t recommend them enough with the quick response time, communication throughout the whole process, along with providing additional recommendations to help to improve efficiency. I will be calling them again when I need to have additional plumbing work done.
