We had a broken water main and they got us in as soon as possible. Today they installed it and fixed the ground, they ever reseeded and covered it with straw. All done before 3PM. Amazing communication skills and top shelf work! Definitely our first call from now on!

Called T&J and they came out 2 hours later. Very professional and experienced. Had them clean out a sump pump line to the street that was clogged badly with roots. Cody and Justin arrived and then the supervisor came out to verify what needed to be done. First they used a camera through the whole pipe (about 100 ft) to determine where the clogs were (there were several) and then a hydro-jet to completely remove the clogs. Then used the camera several more times to assure they'd gotten it all cleaned out (they did this several times to be sure). They did find a couple of holes in the pipe and marked where they were (with flags and a distance video) incase we elected to get them fixed at a later date. I had used a different rooter company (national brand) a few years ago and they were not as thorough as T&J was today. I highly recommend T&J for your drain cleanout needs.

My experience with T&J ranks as high as any service experience I've had - in any service category - but especially when it comes to the construction trades. I woke up on a Saturday morning with 8 inches of water in our basement. This was the third time in 50 years, but this one was after we'd made major changes we thought had "fixed" the problem. Man was I wrong! T&J came up at the top of the list on Chatgpt and I immediately knew I'd chosen the right folks when Chris showed up on the scene. He took at least 90 minutes diagnosing the problem and he uncovered "shit" no one else ever discovered. The next day he showed up with the owner, and just to see the way they communicated and jointly validated Chris' assessment was an true indication they knew their stuff and were a real team. I had no problem justifying the quote and signing the contract. At any rate, the delivery was as good as the evaluation and in the course of the work it became evident the subs they worked with were clearly a solid extension of their in-house team. I could go on but I think that's enough to verify that T&J is the real deal.

They fixed are water lines. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Very pleased with their work and they cleaned everything up and raked the dirt and put grass seed and straw on it. Would recommend them to others. Also Jessica in the office was amazing to work with. Thank you

I had my sump pump quit working. I called T&J come out and they fixed it. These guys did beautiful work and are very polite and professional. I would recommend these guys for all pluming work you need.

With all the rain we've been getting in the Toledo/OH area, our sump pump wasnt keeping up. In fact, all it was doing was humming (not draining). This is now the second time my wife and I have noticed this issue. Good thing i noticed this before leaving for work. Coming home from work would have spelled disaster and likely a much bigger issue. Today we decided to tackle this issue and the first place we checked for recommendations was our block watch page on FaceBook. T&J Rooter Service was mentioned a few times, so that was our first choice. After this experience, I now see why! Logan and James were our service men and they were GREAT! Called today/serviced today. The work Logan and James did shows much attention to detail. Thank you both, very much for your professionalism and courteous service. Fast professional service. I have been using T & J for years. Recently, what I thought was a medium problem turned into a large problem.The lead guy on my job Mike and his team were amazing. They communicated well, physically showed me issues, allowed me time to figure out my finances and even sent someone to my home to help with a loan. They showed up as promised and worked very hard. While I am hoping not to see them for a while after this (lol) if a situation comes up I will call them again and again.

He was very professional and pleasant to work with during a very stressful situation. He had the parts needed and quickly made the necessary repair, as well as redoing the original work. Chris and his team, came to my home to fix a sewer break. They not only fixed that, but also found more. Those were also fixed. These guys are workers. They dug 2 big holes where the problems were by hand. Unbelievable. They hardly even took a break. My basement smelled so bad because of the break. It’s so much better. The part that sold me is they actually care and they are easy to work with. Just don’t forget to hook them up with some donuts. That’s the only way to get them to take a break. They worked until the job was completed which was amazing due to the fact, it was 9:00 pm. Wow. I would definitely recommend this company

10 stars if I could. Chris and his crew did a fantastic job. I wouldn't have anyone else to our home in Oregon. Performed a dig and repair in sub freezing temperatures. Worked with the city from permitting to final inspection without one single issue. Reminds me of the way customer service used to be. A+++++++++++++++
