We had Ricky out to our home last Friday to repair damage done by the first plumber we contacted. He was fantastic. We were surprised by how quickly he was able to get here. He was very professional and pleasant to work with during a very stressful situation. He had the parts needed and quickly made the necessary repair, as well as redoing the original work. We will definitely request him again and recommend the company to family and friends.

Chris and his team, came to my home to fix a sewer break. They not only fixed that, but also found more. Those were also fixed. These guys are workers. They dug 2 big holes where the problems were by hand. Unbelievable. They hardly even took a break. My basement smelled so bad because of the break. It’s so much better. The part that sold me is they actually care and they are easy to work with. Just don’t forget to hook them up with some donuts. That’s the only way to get them to take a break. They worked until the job was completed which was amazing due to the fact, it was 9:00 pm. Wow. I would definitely recommend this company

10 stars if I could. Chris and his crew did a fantastic job. I wouldn't have anyone else to our home in Oregon. Performed a dig and repair in sub freezing temperatures. Worked with the city from permitting to final inspection without one single issue. Reminds me of the way customer service used to be. A+++++++++++++++

I have owned many houses and have had to work with every trade for repairs and installations and this was by far the best experience ever working with a company. My house was built in 1855 and they came right out to help repair a broken sewer line. They were knowledgeable, fair and quick. They were professional and cleaned up behind themselves. They are the Chick-fil-a of plumbing services.

One of my copper pipes had burst and I called T & J on Tuesday and they were here on Wednesday. Nate Bennett and Dylan St. Pierre were excellent. They knew what they were doing, they were very professional and polite. I was shown the pipe and where it had split and swollen. I recommend this company for your plumbing services. Thank you T&J! Called T&J at 7am on a Saturday morning with a plumbing emergency. They showed up a few hours later and fixed everything. They explained everything they were doing and even gave me quotes for future projects. Great company. Thank you!

After many companies just not wanting to do the work, or giving me 1 option at $1200, T&J came through. I forgot to get 1 guys name but I believe the other was Dylan, very awesome guys. Same day within a couple hours. Other companies simply looked at the clean out and said $1200. T&J almost instantly had a camera in my main drain, could show me the problem, and gave me multiple options. All several hundred dollars cheaper then the others. *cough cough Mr.Rooter* Had my water flowing again in no time. They are very knowledgeable and fair. I will be calling T&J next time and referring them everywhere. Thank you.

These were perhaps the nicest, most knowledgeable workers I’ve had work on my house. They were efficient, polite, tidy and fast, took care of two other problems that became apparent (an unfortunate common issue with my 94 year old house!), showed me everything they did, and gave me a very fair price. I Highly recommend T and J for all plumbing needs, especially for finicky old houses.

I just moved to bowling green and not even a month in our new house had an issue with a block in the main line. Water was flooding in the basement. Luckily T&J was able to come out same day and snake the main line and clear everything. They were super professional, knowledgeable, and didn't charge me an unreasonable price. I highly recommend hitting them up for all plumbing needs 10/10

Technician called to let me know he was on his way. He was actually early. Once here he was courteous and efficient. Cleared my sewer line and repaired a leaky kitchen all in 1 1/2 hours. Couldn’t be happier with this job.

Christian & Mike came out to my home to move a gasline out a few feet so that Steel beams could be placed in between a bowing wall in my basement and the line. They were professional and did a great job.

Called in the evening and they were at my house in a half hour. The gentleman was very helpful and upfront about what he was doing and how much it would cost. I'm so grateful he saved my basement from flooding.

By the quickness of service, we do not have any sewerage damage to our properties. I will add them to our callout list.

I had my water heater replaced by them through American Home Shield. They were so respectful of our space, 4 cats, and our time. Not only that- but when the install got delayed Kyle Chadwell took it upon himself to ensure we got it installed 5 days sooner even though that meant he would not be the one completing the job as he wasn't available. Will gladly use again!

Great job, repaired a problem a previous plumber didn't fix. Explained everything, showed me process along the way, I knew exactly what problem was, and how he fixed it. Kept in constant contact when running late, trustworthy. Only problem they don't do the remediation needed to repair water damage.

I don't know ANYTHING about plumbing!! The technician, Toby, answered ALL my questions and explained different options to fix the problem. I believe they are reasonably priced and don't try to upsell the customer into spending on unnecessary repairs.

Woke up Saturday morning and found the kitchen sink backed up and leaking into the basement. 😬 We called T & J and they, Toby, were out to quote the problem in about 3 hours. Turned out the pipes needed replaced. Very affordable price for what we needed done. Toby fixed us right up that same day. And this isn’t the first time. T&J Rooter sent Kyle out to my house tonight to fix a backed up kitchen sink. Kyle was great and was able to fix the clog quickly with no mess left for me. Also Kyle noticed a drain pipe connected to the kitchen sink that was split and recommended replacement. Kyle did a great job replacing the pipe and checking everything after both fixes. Would definitely recommend Kyle from T&J Rooter!

Had T&J out this morning for hydrojetting my main waste line due to backups. Service was fast, professional and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Saw these guys recommended in the Toledo subreddit, and the last company I used kept cancelling and rescheduling so I figured I’d try someone new, called t&j at 5pm and they had someone out at 8:30am the next day. The guy’s name was Kyle and he did the most thorough job I could’ve asked for. Seriously impressed with their service and will 100% be using them in the future.

I could not be more pleased with my interactions with T &J! They took care of my plumbing issues, service was terrific and their customer service was amazing. The plumbers that were were so polite and explained what was going on and cleaned up amazingly. I just can't express how pleased I am, and will definitely call them if ever needed.
